Georges Haddad
President and Founder

Georges Haddad

Georges Haddad founded SCI in 1998 in response to the need for a highly qualified and reliable provider of business software integration services. His enthusiasm, team spirit and loyalty to both his clients and his employees have enabled him to build a company that continues to achieve impressive growth.

Georges believes people come first both at work and in life. He also believes in caring for others. These beliefs have inspired him to donate funds to build a children's playground, to sponsor a kids' hockey team, to support the Montreal Children's Hospital, and to organize company events for his employees and their families throughout the year. In 2003, Georges was one of the Quebec finalists in the Emerging Entrepreneur category of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

Glenn Datko
Responsible for Business Development and Partner Relations

Glenn Datko

Responsible for Business Development and Partner Relations, Glenn Datko brings over 15 years of sales management experience to SCI.

Prior to joining SCI, Glenn was a Business Development Executive at Ernst & Young. He also held senior sales positions at Siebel Systems, Compaq and Hewlett Packard. He has a proven track record of driving growth by focusing on customer satisfaction.

His experience in hardware, software and professional services coupled with his broad industry background offers significant value to SCI's clients by allowing him to incorporate both their business needs and their technical requirements.

A graduate of Concordia University, Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Management Information Systems. He has also successfully completed certification training at Ernst & Young and Siebel Systems.

José Hidalgo
Director of Operations

José Hidalgo

Having filled many positions among which Project Manager and Director of Europe Business Development at Le Groupe Informatique MEI for almost 10 years, he has participated in CRM solutions implementations throughout Europe, North-America, Latin America, and Asia for multinational companies working in the domains of wide distribution, pharmaceuticals, technology and beauty products & perfumes. More recently, he took part in ERP implementations in Canada.

Within the scope of his position, José will handle the follow-up of the current projects, insure client satisfaction, observe the development of the consultants’ career plans, as well as support the SCI sales team in the preparation of proposals.
