- Pension Plan
SCI pays a percentage of an employee's salary into a pension plan. SCI offers pension-consultancy services free of
charge to all employees. These services are provided by an independent pension broker.
- Health Insurance
All employees are covered by SCI's 100% funded Group Health Insurance policy which ensures fast treatment. It includes
Coverage for spouses/cohabitors and children.
- Holidays/Vacation/Personal Days
SCI employees have three weeks paid vacation plus 5 paid Personal days where our employees can choose the days.

Employee development
To promote ongoing development, all SCI employees receive an annual performance-appraisal and development interview with
their manager. This interview helps give each employee and his/her manager an opportunity to discuss opportunities for
professional and personal development. The ability of the employee to achieve his/her goals is assessed, and a
development plan is prepared to ensure that the competencies of the employee always live up to SCI's requirements and
objectives.
