Role:

SCI is creating a new position and is interested in interviewing an Account Executive. This position will have the opportunity to develop a strategy and a roadmap for implementing and exploiting technology in various industries (Life Sciences, Consumer Packaged Goods, etc.) while working in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment. These solutions will address strategic requirements of the customer/prospect and promise both short and long-term revenue for SCI.

Your role is to create opportunities, propose solutions and have an understanding of the targeted industry. He/she will develop strong, long lasting client relationships and be a role model for other team members.

The Account Executive will initially qualify new and/or emerging business opportunities which are medium to large in scale, including those which are complex in nature. He/she will also be expected to identify and propose solutions for various engagements. Their responsibilities will be both business and technical in nature.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of presentations.
  • Establish strong relationships with client personnel to increase the customer experience.
  • Bring strategic vision to solving client problems.
  • Meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with partners.
  • Developing new territories and sales strategies with the Director of Business Development and manage the entire sale cycle from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of the Quebec Mid-Market segment.
  • Work in conjunction with the CRM Project Manager in planning realistic deliveries of projects.
  • Develop new business strategies to penetrate a given territory.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences and Consumer Product Goods sectors.
  • Excellent spoken and written: French and English.
  • Experience in business consulting services.
  • Be an excellent and effective negotiator at all levels of customer/prospect management.
  • Strong time management skill.
  • Experience in effectively leveraging technology for competitive advantage.
  • Ability to manage customers/prospects and opportunities.
  • Business Acumen.
