CRM Developer
Roles :
The CRM developer develops and configures the CRM product (MS CRM, Salesforce.com and or Siebel) to improve business
efficiency and productivity as required by the client.
Working closely with the Business Analyst, he develops new modules as identified in the analysis, configures the
application and develops interfaces to other systems.
He produces detailed technical specifications of the solution, specifying the data and logical operations the system
will perform, and the way it will be viewed by the users.
In addition, the CRM Developer provides product technical expertise to the client. He reports to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Business Analyst to perform the analysis during a Product implementation
- Configure and Develop the new functionality required
- Perform Unit Testing during configuration
- May assist the client during integration testing, as well as, testing by end-users
- Identify product issues and inform the Business Analyst
- Creates the interfaces between the CRM application and other systems. Performs the technical analysis for these interfaces.
- Responsible for evaluating the effort required for product configuration and development
- Remain up-to-date with new product features and future releases
- Execute any other tasks required by the Business Analyst
- Responsible for quality delivery of the configuration
Essential Skills:
- Programming skills on VB6, .Net (C# or VB), Web Services (XML, SOAP, etc.), and HTML Java script technologies;
- Knowledge of Crystal Report, Actuate and or Reporting Services preferred;
- Knowledge of MS SQL;
- Bilingual.
Other required Skills:
- Familiar with at least one CRM package (Salesforce.com, MS CRM, Siebel, etc.);
- Knowledge on Scribe preferred;
- Ability to perform analysis if required;
- Familiar with implementation methodologies;
- Ability to perform with minimal guidelines;
- Quick learning ability and adapts quickly to changing environments;
- Ability to work under stressful conditions;
- Communication skills and customer orientation.
