Position: Director of Corporate Finances
You are able to adapt in a multicultural environment and work efficiently with tight deadlines. Reporting directly to the
President, you are a seasoned and experienced team-player and collaborate well with management. You have the experience in
Software & Technology Industry, been through acquisitions and managed hyper-growth. You will help us bring this company to the

Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, consolidation of financial reporting (A/R, A/P, G/L, Project costing, and Expense reporting and overhead).
- Prepare the company income tax returns (in conjunction with (RCGT), maintaining an effective internal control environment and structure, P&L revenue and expense analysis.
- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate the accounting staff.
- Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions.
- Manage the preparation of all financial forecast.
- Direct and coordinate financial analysis for contract negotiations, investment decisions and risk management.
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of BUZZ Solutions and each business units.
- Work with the Management team to develop short and long-term strategies, objectives, policies and business model to support the company’s growth.
- Work directly and participate actively with department Managers to execute and achieve these strategic business plans.
- Ensuring effective strategies and optimizing cash management controls.
- Forecast the future cash needs required to grow.
- Collaborate with the management team in R&D tax credit, RFP’s, bonus programs.
Essential Skills:
- CA, CGA, CMA designation with 5-10 years experience in a senior level finance or accounting position.
- Experience of Software & Technology Industry.
- Proactive manager with excellent communication skills, goal and results oriented with high level of commitment, ownership and integrity.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to resolve issues, assist other department managers and have the willingness to review and understand details.
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to build a team environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
