Position: CRM Pre-Sales / Engineer / Consultant / Subject Matter Expert

SCI is interested in interviewing a CRM Pre-Sales Practice Manager for its’ CRM Practice. Working with clients in the Life Sciences, Consumer Packaged Goods, your role is customer focused to deliver a CRM business strategy which is aligned with our clients’ desired business strategies. You report directly to the Director of Sales, align your priorities with CRM Project Manager to assist & develop a project implementation plan. CRM product knowledge, CRM market understanding and working experience with business process design is a must. Assist Sales Department in closing business through presentations, proposals and application demos.

Responsibilities:

  • Define a CRM business strategy & vision based on clients desired objectives.
  • Must demonstrate the completeness of the CRM vision and breakdown the scope into various implementation phases.
  • Articulate product features and benefits, product direction and SCI’s CRM software solutions particularly with Siebel, MS CRM & Salesforce through presentations and demonstrations.
  • You assist in discovery and requirements gathering meetings.
  • You will support the Sales Department to move the sales cycle along in order to enable Account Executive’s meet their sales targets.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to provide solution insight.
  • Must obtain the business skills, acumen and understanding in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
  • Support R&D CRM initiatives.

Essential Skills:

  • 3-5 years in Consulting and System Integration Industry.
  • Proven track records of successful sales support activity.
  • Solid CRM Market understanding and Advisory skills to demonstrate and prove the effectiveness of the recommended business strategy and vision based on desired objectives.
  • Customer focused and has the proven ability to manage and resolve complex business and technical issues.
  • Accountable for software proposal & recommendations meeting customer business strategy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, and ability to interface with senior level staff are required in both languages (French and English).
  • Highly motivated; hands-on.
  • Knowledge of Tier 1 & 2 CRM solutions: Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com
