Position: Senior Siebel Consultant - Pharmaceutical

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Business Analyst to perform the analysis during a Product implementation;
• Configure and Develop the new functionality required;
• Perform Unit Testing during configuration;
• Assist the client during integration testing, as well as, testing by end-users;
• Identify product issues and inform the Business Analyst;
• Responsible for evaluating the effort required for product configuration and development;
• Remain up-to-date with new product features and future releases;
• Responsible for quality delivery of the configuration;
• Creates the interfaces between the Siebel application and other systems. Performs the technical analysis for these interfaces.
• Execute any other tasks required by the Business Analyst

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Crystal Report, Actuate and or Reporting Services preferred;
• Knowledge of Oracle ;
• Leadership skills, ability to coordinate and assign tasks to ensure quality delivered;
• Quick learning ability and adapts quickly to changing environments;
• Ability to work under stressful conditions;
• Fluent in written and spoken English (French is a plus);
• Ability to perform analysis if required;
• Communication skills and customer orientation;

Technical Skills:

• Siebel 7.5, 7.7, 7.8. 8.0, 8.1.1 Configuration
• SQL Query Language
• Siebel eScript
• Siebel VB Script
• Assignment Manager and concepts of Territory Management
• Knowledge Multi Organizational setup an asset
• Knowledge of Workflow and Workflow Policies an asset
